PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE.......THEATRE LOCATION......TICKETS.......FRINGE

The National Theatre of Canada CorporationTM presents the soon-to-be major Broadway sensation a slapstick screwball comedy as part of the Fringe of Toronto Theatre Festival , "The greatest play since Hamlet." Written and directed by Durango Miller . The critics all agree "Durango Miller is the supreme genius of the modern theatre." Recently knighted by "the Queen", Sir Durango is the grandson by marriage of English show business impresario Binkie Beaumont, the godson of both Noel Coward and Ethel Merman, and the secret step-son of Pablo Picasso. He makes his home in Ibizia, Trump Tower, and North York. The play stars the greatest living Canadian actor, Philip Cairns , more beautiful than Hedy Lamarr, more talented than Vanessa Redgrave, in a part originally intended for Anna Nicole Smith who unfortunately died before she could star in it. La Cairns plays a character ripped from the pages of world literature - Busty Gobbler, more tormented than any Chekhov heroine, Busty Gobbler, a drag queen haunted by the ghost of her own vagina. Also starring the internationally infamous underground art superstar Jay Stewart who plays Busty's best friend Lyla Munch. "Eugene O'Neill himself could not have created a more complex character!" It took years of intensive Stanislavsky acting classes before Jay Stewart could tackle a roll of this stature. He studied "the method" with Uta Hagen, Nina Hagen, Shnogen Hagen, and Hildegard Knef's nephew Igor Tolstoyevsky. He says, "An actor must crawl through the valley of the drag queens before he can reach the pinnacle of his art." Also starring in this epic of the human condition is the mysterious and subversive theatre artist Nathan Callens in the role that made him famous - "the Nun". His sensitive yet profoundly weird portrayal has earned him countless "best actor" awards from around the globe. Nathan Callens is a perfectionist when it comes to "the theatre", and he ran Madame Olga ragged by trying on more than 179 wigs before he found one that would allow him to "channel" his character - a wig made from the very hair of Queen Marie Antoinette's severed head which was rescued by Gypsies in 1793 - the very wig which was later worn by "the most famous actress in the history of the world" Sarah Bernhardt when she played Shaw's Saint Joan, the same wig which Bernhardt passed on to Mae West who wore it as a pubic wig. Rounding out this glamourous cast is legendary star of Asian cinema Rory Moy. Ballet, yoga, Pilates, the Alexander Technique, the Nicholas Brothers Technique, Kabuki, and 19 years of Super Ninja martial arts training have prepared Rory Moy for his greatest artistic triumph, that of the desperately tacky Carmalita. He says "I am so famous and wealthy that now I only take roles that will fulfill me as an artist." Rory Moy was formerly engaged to Princess Stephanie of Monaco, Audrey Hepburn, and Paris Hilton.

So, as the Newspaper Theatre Critics Association of the World says "RUN RUN RUN to see the Greatest Theatrical Event of This or Any Other Year - DRAG QUEENS TALK ABOUT THEIR VAGINAS!"
